10 years with Health Catalyst, a leading, publicly-traded, data platform, applications, and services company in the healthcare space. Mike's career with Health Catalyst included roles leading their roughly $70M annually recurring-revenue (ARR) professional services business, and serving as Chief Customer Officer with accountability for all existing client ARR ($250M+).

6 years with Allina Health (as both an employee and with Health Catalyst), leading their data and analytics function. Mike managed team of highly-skilled analysts, developers, and consultants which drove $75M+ in data-driven financial results for Allina Health.

8 years with the Northwestern Medicine family of companies, including Northwestern Medical School and the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation. The academic medical center experience provided Mike with exposure to a broad range of business needs, leadership opportunities and technical challenges: everything from serving as the informatics lead for a groundbreaking genetics banking project to developing a highly-successful, cross-institutional enterprise data warehouse from scratch.
